The Focus Feed is your real-time action queue. Instead of monitoring dozens of creators manually, the Focus Feed surfaces what needs attention—ranked by priority and pre-loaded with response scripts.

What It Does

SFN AI continuously monitors your creator network for events requiring action: compliance violations, performance changes, posting patterns, and sentiment shifts. When something needs your attention, it appears in the Focus Feed.

Priority Levels

• Urgent (Red): Requires immediate action. Violations, major GMV drops, negative sentiment.
• High (Orange): Action needed today. Zero GMV for 14+ days, pending approvals.
• Medium (Yellow): Review when available. Velocity spikes, posting droughts, low coherence.

How Ranking Works

Alerts are ranked by a combination of priority level, creator value (GMV history), and time sensitivity. A violation from a $50K/month creator ranks higher than the same violation from a $500/month creator.

Taking Action

Each Focus Feed item includes action buttons. Common actions include viewing the creator's profile, reviewing the specific video, opening a pre-written response script, marking as resolved, or escalating to team members.
