SFN AI provides flexible controls for managing how creators join and stay on your roster. Configure these settings in Settings > Creator Management.

Inbound vs. Outbound Creators

There are two ways creators join your roster:

Outbound (You Initiate)

Outbound connections are based on triggers you configure. When a trigger fires, the creator automatically receives their Creator Studio link and is added to your roster.

Available triggers:

Sample Approved: Invite sent when you approve their sample request
Sample Delivered: Invite sent when sample ships (default)
First Video Posted: Invite sent after their first branded video goes live
Added to Showcase: Invite sent when added to your TikTok Shop showcase

Inbound (Creator Initiates)

Inbound connections happen when unconnected creators request to join your network. They may want content ideas for a specific product in your catalog. Configure auto-accept rules to handle these automatically, or send them to manual review.

Auto-accept requirements you can set:

Minimum 30-day GMV (e.g., $1,000 USD)
Minimum engagement rate (e.g., 3.5%)
Required TikTok Shop categories

Creators who don't meet auto-accept criteria go to your manual review queue (if enabled) or are auto-rejected.

Manual Creator Addition

You can always add creators manually regardless of trigger settings:

Navigate to Creators in the sidebar
Click Add Creator
Enter their TikTok handle
Add contact info (email, Discord handle, etc.)
Click Add

💡 Tip: If your creators are already in Discord, they can use the /register-tiktok slash command to register their handle themselves. This creates their Creator Studio automatically.

What Happens After Adding

SFN AI starts a 5-10 minute analysis process:

Profile Analysis: Scanning their TikTok content history
Content DNA Generation: Building their unique style profile
Angle Matching: Identifying which angles fit their style
Idea Generation: Creating their first personalized content ideas
Studio Creation: Building their unique Creator Studio

Once complete, the creator receives their Studio link via your configured channel (Discord, TikTok DM, or email). The welcome message is customizable in Settings.
