Managing Banned Keywords

Adding Keywords

• Go to Settings > Brand Safety > Banned Keywords
• Click Add Keyword
• Enter the keyword or phrase
• Save

Bulk Upload

Have a long list? Use CSV upload:

• Click Upload CSV
• Download template
• Fill in keywords (one per row)
• Upload and confirm

Variation Handling

The system automatically handles:

• Case variations (BRAND, Brand, brand)
• Common misspellings
• Phonetic similarities in transcripts

Recommended Keywords

Start with:

• Competitor brand names
• Competitor product names
• Prohibited claims (e.g., "FDA approved" if not applicable)
• Off-brand language
