Your first week with SFN AI sets the foundation for everything that follows. The first week is about understanding the Content Ideas that are shared, and proving to yourself that proven patterns work. By the end of Day 7, you'll have posted multiple videos and you’ve started implementing Creator Studios in your daily creative workflow.

Goal: Understand what you're working with before you create anything.
Review Your Content DNA
When you first access your Creator Studio, we've already analyzed your recent videos to build your profile. Find your Content DNA section and review:
Every Content Idea you receive is personalized based on this profile. Understanding how the system sees you helps you understand why certain ideas land in your queue.
Browse Your Content Ideas
Don't film anything yet. Instead, look at 3-5 Content Ideas and study them:
Notice how the proof videos share similar elements but each creator brings their own style. That's the goal: follow the pattern, but make it yours.
Check Discord (If Connected)
If your brand has a Discord server with SFN AI connected, find the #angles channel. Browse what's available. You don't need to personalize anything today—just get familiar with how angles appear and how other creators interact with them.
Goal: Execute one Content Idea from start to finish, following the system exactly.
Choose the Right Idea
Pick a Content Idea that feels natural to your style. Don't choose something that requires you to act completely differently than you normally would. Your first video should feel comfortable—you're learning the system, not reinventing yourself.
Follow the Shot List Exactly
This is critical: don't improvise your first time. The shot list exists because every element has been proven to work. Open it side-by-side while you film:
Pre-Ship Checklist
Before you post, run through the pre-ship checklist in your Content Idea. This catches common mistakes:
Post and Wait
Post your video. Your Coherence Score will update within 48 hours.
Goal: Understand what coherence means and how to improve it.
Check Your Coherence Score
Your coherence score (0-100%) measures how closely your video matched the recommended pattern. Open your posted video in Creator Studio and review:
Understand Why Coherence Matters
Note that it’s not about following rules for the sake of rules. Creators who consistently score 80%+ significantly outperform those who improvise. The patterns exist because they're proven to convert.
Study the Gaps
Look at your section breakdown:
Watch Proof Videos Again—Differently
Now go back to the proof videos for this Content Idea. But this time, watch specifically for the areas where you scored low. Notice how the successful creators executed those sections.
Goal: Improve on your weak areas while maintaining your strengths.
Choose Strategically
You have two options:
Pre-Film Review
Before you start filming:
Film with Focus
Whatever your gap was—fix it. If your hook was weak, do 3-4 takes of just the hook before moving on. If you missed talking points, have them written where you can glance at them.
Post and Compare
Post the video. When your score comes in (Day 5 or 6), you should see improvement in the specific areas you focused on.
Goal: Establish the daily habit that drives long-term success.
Morning Check-In
Make this a habit: every morning, open your Creator Studio and review your fresh Content Ideas. Even if you're not filming that day, stay current on what patterns are working. Ideas refresh daily based on what's converting right now.
Review Second Video Score
If your coherence score is in:
Save or Reject
Start actively managing your Content Ideas:
This feedback makes your future Content Ideas more relevant.
Explore Discord Angles (Optional)
If you want more variety, browse the #angles channel in Discord. Find an angle that interests you and personalize it. Within minutes, 1-2 new Content Ideas based on that angle will appear in your Creator Studio.
Goal: Try a different type of content to discover new strengths.
Choose Something Different
If your first two videos were educational, try something more entertaining. If they were high-energy, try something conversational. The goal is to see how different patterns feel and perform for you.

Track Your Versatility
Some creators discover they're great at patterns they never would have tried on their own. Others confirm their natural style is where they perform best. Either insight is valuable.
