Your first week determines how effectively SFN AI can transform your creator operations. Beyond the initial set-up the aim is to create the operational rhythm that lets one person manage hundreds of creators. By Day 7, you'll have made the shift from creator manager to creator strategist. Here’s the playbook.

Day 1: Foundation Setup

Goal: Complete all integrations and product configuration so the system can start working.

Connect Your Accounts

Start with integrations—nothing else works until these are live:

  1. TikTok Shop: Settings > Integrations > TikTok Shop. Authorize access to product and affiliate data. This enables product syncing, creator tracking, and direct TikTok Shop DMs.
  2. Discord (if applicable): Settings > Integrations > Discord. Connect your server and choose which channels receive angles. This enables community-wide angle distribution. You can also set the management channel for Alerts and other notifications.

Configure Your Products

Add your products so the system knows what to track and distribute:

  1. Go to Settings > Product Tracking
  2. Add your top 1-3 products (start focused—you can add more later)
  3. Set your Hero SKU—your primary product that gets priority weighting
  4. For each product, upload a Product Brief with USPs, key claims, target audience, compliance guidelines, and avoid list

Why this matters: Content Ideas are only as good as the product context you provide. A thin brief produces generic ideas. A detailed brief produces on-brand, compliant, high-converting ideas.

Track Competitors

Add 8-12 competitor products:

  1. Go to Settings > Product Tracking > Competitors
  2. Paste their TikTok Shop product URLs
  3. Add notes identifying who they are

The system will start monitoring every video their creators post. Combined with your roster's content, this builds the Angles that drive your Content Ideas.

Configure Brand Safety

Go to Settings > Brand Safety and set:

These rules apply to every Content Idea and trigger alerts when creators violate them.

End of Day 1 Checkpoint: TikTok Shop connected, Discord connected (if using), 1-3 products added with briefs, Hero SKU set, competitors tracked, brand safety configured.

Day 2: Creator Roster Configuration

Goal: Set the rules for how creators enter and exit your program.

Configure Roster Settings

Go to Settings > Creator Management and define your rules:

Inbound Rules (creators applying to you):

Outbound Rules (when creators get access):

Performance Rules:

Customize Outreach Templates

Go to Settings > Messaging > Templates:

  1. Edit the Creator Invite template
  2. Personalize the welcome message—set expectations for what creators will receive
  3. Add any onboarding instructions specific to your brand

This is what creators see when they get access. Make it clear, welcoming, and action-oriented.

Configure Content Delivery

Go to Settings > Content Delivery:

End of Day 2 Checkpoint: Roster rules configured, outreach templates customized, content delivery settings defined.

Day 3: Creator Onboarding

Goal: Get your first creators into the system and receiving Content Ideas.

Add Your First Wave

Start with a manageable group—20-30 creators who are already active and engaged:

  1. Go to Creators in the sidebar
  2. Add creators manually or let them flow in via your configured triggers
  3. Accept them into your program

The system will analyze each creator's recent videos and build their Content DNA profile. This takes 5-10 minutes per creator.

Verify Creator Studios

As profiles complete:

Monitor First Deliveries

Based on your delivery settings, creators will start receiving Content Ideas. Open any creator and you’ll see the specific engagement they’ve had with SFN Ai in the timeline feed.

End of Day 3 Checkpoint: 20-30 creators added and receiving Content Ideas, Content DNA profiles generated, first deliveries confirmed.

Day 4: First Angle Distribution

Goal: Test manual angle distribution and see how creators respond.

Browse the Angles Library

Go to Angles in the sidebar:

Identify 2-3 angles that match your current campaign priorities.

Distribute to a Test Group

Don't blast to everyone yet. Start with a focused test:

  1. Select an angle
  2. Click Send to Creators
  3. Choose 10-15 creators (pick a mix of engagement levels)
  4. Send immediately

Each creator receives 1-2 personalized Content Ideas based on the angle and their Content DNA.

Push to Discord (If Connected)

Send an angle to your Discord angles channel:

  1. Select an angle
  2. Click Send to Discord
  3. Choose the channel
  4. Watch for creator engagement in the management channel—who personalizes it?

This shows you which creators are actively browsing and engaging with the system.

End of Day 4 Checkpoint: First manual angle distribution completed, test group received personalized Content Ideas, Discord angles channel active (if using).

Day 5: Monitor Your Alert Feed

Goal: Learn the exception-based management workflow.

Review the Alert Feed

By now, you may have alerts surfacing. Go to your Alert Feed and review:
