Get your SFN AI workspace fully operational in 10 minutes. By the end, you'll have products tracked, creators onboarded, and content ideas flowing automatically.

Part 1: Connect Your Accounts

Step 1: Connect TikTok Shop

Start by connecting your TikTok Shop account. This enables product syncing, creator tracking, and direct messaging through TikTok Shop.

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > TikTok Shop
2. Click Connect TikTok Shop
3. Sign in to your TikTok Shop Seller Center account
4. Authorize SFN AI to access product and affiliate data

Once connected, your products and promotions sync automatically.

Step 2: Connect Discord (Optional)

If you manage creators through Discord, connect your server now:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Discord
2. Click Connect Discord
3. Select your Discord server and authorize the bot
4. Choose which channels receive angles

Discord enables community-wide angle distribution and gives creators another way to discover and personalize content ideas.

Part 2: Set Up Your Products

Step 3: Add Your First Product

Select which products SFN AI tracks and distributes to creators:

1. Go to Settings > Product Tracking
2. Click Add Product
3. Search or paste a TikTok Shop product URL
4. Click "Set as Hero" if this is your primary product

Why this matters:

• Video Analysis: When creators post content for tracked products, we analyze it against the brief and calculate their coherence score
• Content Ideas: Tracked products appear in the daily content ideas we deliver to creators

Your Hero SKU gets priority weighting—it appears more frequently in content recommendations and receives optimized attention from the AI.

Step 4: Track Competitor Products

Stay ahead of your category by tracking competitor products:

1. Go to Settings > Product Tracking > Competitors
2. Click Track Competitor
3. Paste their TikTok Shop product URL

When you add a competitor, we monitor every video their creators post—analyzing hooks, formats, talking points, and performance patterns.

Here's why this matters: We combine insights from competitor videos with your own roster's content to build Angles—proven content frameworks driving sales in your specific sub-niche. You'll always know what's working right now, not just for your brand, but across your entire competitive landscape.

Angles become the foundational building blocks for the Content Ideas we deliver to your creators daily.

Step 5: Upload Your Product Brief

By default, SFN AI pulls your product description from TikTok Shop. Add critical context to make content ideas even more effective:

1. Go to Settings > Product Tracking
2. Click Edit on any product
3. Add your Product Brief:
   • USPs: What makes this product different?
   • Key Claims: Benefits creators should emphasize
   • Target Audience: Who is this product for?
   • Must-Follow Guidelines: Required disclosures, compliance language
   • Avoid List: Claims or comparisons to never make

The more context you provide, the more relevant and on-brand your creators' content ideas become.

Part 3: Configure Your Creator Roster

Step 6: Set Roster Rules

Before adding creators, configure how your roster is managed. Go to Settings > Creator Management:

Inbound Rules (creators applying to you):

• Auto-Accept Rules: Set minimum requirements (30-day GMV, engagement rate, required categories) for automatically accepting creator requests
• Manual Review Queue: Enable to review creators instead of auto-rejecting those who don't meet thresholds

Outbound Rules (when creators receive access):

• Connect Triggers: Choose when creators automatically receive their Creator Studio link—Sample Approved, Sample Delivered, First Video Posted, or Added to Showcase

Performance Rules:

• Minimum Thresholds: Set monthly GMV requirements
• Auto-Disconnect: Remove underperformers automatically

For Agencies Running Dedicated Campaigns: If you're managing a controlled roster for specific campaigns—rather than an open affiliate program—disable auto-connect and manually approve each creator. This gives you tighter control over who receives Content Ideas. See Agency Campaign Management in Resources.

Step 7: Customize Outreach Templates

SFN AI automatically sends Creator Studio invites when your triggers are met. Customize what creators see:

1. Go to Settings > Messaging > Templates
2. Edit the Creator Invite template
3. Personalize the welcome message, set expectations, and add onboarding instructions

Creators receive this message via Discord DM, TikTok DM, or both—along with their unique Creator Studio link.

Step 8: Add and Approve Creators

Based on your settings, SFN AI will either auto-create Creator Studios or queue creators for review.

For manual approval:

1. Go to Creators in the sidebar
2. Review pending creators
3. Accept or Reject each one
4. Add their contact info (TikTok handle, Discord handle)
5. Wait 5-10 minutes while we analyze their profile and build their Creator Studio

Creators automatically receive their Creator Studio link based on the outbound trigger you configured.

Step 9: Map Creators to Discord

Add Discord handles to your creators so we can message them through both Discord and TikTok.
