Source: product/wireframes/brand workspace/admin/Admin Settings V4.html (in dev, ships next release)
Date: 2026-06-01 · Scope: all 9 admin surfaces · Rows: ~557 copy strings reviewed
Every user-facing copy string in Admin Settings V4, rewritten for the in-app register: tight, scannable, sharp. The content was already right ... it just read like documentation, not product. Each row shows the Current string, the Rewrite, and a one-line Note only where the change isn't obvious. This page shows the strings that changed; unchanged (keep) strings live in the full source file. Sample/dummy data and pure-data values (prices, GMV, dates, IDs) were left untouched.
House rules applied: labels ≤5 words, no trailing period · helpers one sentence, verb/effect first · cross-references moved to a short Related: tail · buttons verb + object · no em dashes (... instead) · zero banned words · terminology locked (Angle, Coherence Score, Content DNA, Content Idea, Hero SKU, Focus Feed, Brand Workspace, Creator Studios).
These showed up across multiple surfaces. They're naming/consistency calls only you should make. I used the most consistent term in the rewrites and flagged each here rather than silently standardizing.
1. What is the creator app called? (ship-blocker)
The surface names it three ways: Creator Studio (singular), Creator Studios (canonical plural), and SFN AI (used inside DM bodies, e.g. "Open SFN AI"). The variable {{creator_studio_link}} implies the singular. Pick one and align the chrome, the DM bodies, and the variable name. My rewrites use "Creator Studios" for the product and "their Creator Studio" for a single creator's instance.
2. The "SFN AI" engine toggle (Creator Roster).
Labels like SFN AI Active and "Toggle SFN AI on" name the content-idea engine after the company. In-app that's confusing. Rewrote to a plain on/Active toggle ... decide the canonical label (e.g. "Content Ideas" or "Engine") and apply everywhere.
3. Creator DNA → Content DNA.
Content Ideas and Communications (Voice Lock) say "Creator DNA" / "Creator DNA Integration." Canonical is Content DNA. Applied in the rewrites; confirm the underlying feature name matches.
4. Coherence → Coherence Score.
Chrome is fixed to "Coherence Score." Several DM bodies still say bare "Coherence." Confirm a body-copy pass to align.
5. "Collab" label variants (Product Tracking).
Target Collab, Target Collab Only, and Target Only all refer to the same thing. Standardize one.
6. "briefs" vs "Content Idea(s)".
"briefs," "content ideas" (lowercase), and "Content Idea" are used interchangeably for the daily deliverable. Standardized to Content Idea in rewrites; confirm "brief" isn't a deliberately separate term.
7. Cross-reference label: "Creators > Engagement" vs "Creator Roster."
